How to use: Mist lightly as you take small sections of hair to flatiron or curl. This will give you the most precise results and high-shine.

Deep-Set Eyes
Rely on pale, shimmery shades to enhance your eyes. Sweep a light shade across lid from the inner corner to a just beyond the outer corner.

Wide-Set Eyes
Create closeness applying a deep shadow shade from the inner corner to mid-lid. Then apply a lighter shade from mid-lid to outer corner and blend where shades meet.

Close-Set Eyes
Help them appear wider by applying a pale shade from the inner corner to mid-lid. Then apply a slightly deeper shade from mid-lid to outer corner and blend where shades meet.

Glasses-Wearers
Forget about adding more color with shadows. Instead play up lashes with an inky black mascara. Also, take time to shape and define your eye brows—remember, brows should frame your eyes, not your frames.

Asian Eyes
To bring out their beauty, create a thick, smoky line along top lashes—thick enough to be seen when your eye is open—and a thinner one under bottom lashes.

Angie is a wash-and-go type of girl and doesn’t wash her hair every day. She is always concerned and worrying about frizz and needed something to help ensure her ringlets stay smooth.

The Smooth Lock Express Treatment Service is great for Angie – she’ll get the longevity of smooth polished curls throughout the week. To achieve Angie’s refined frizz-free curls:

1. Shampoo and condition with SmoothLock
2. Apply 1-2 pumps of Stay Sleek evenly through hair starting at the ends and working toward the top.
3. Apply 1 pump of Heat Glide to finger tips and gently twist and perfect curls.
4. Dry hair using a blow-dryer and diffuser on high heat/low air flow.

Barring hiring your own personal hairdresser, what’s a busy mom to do? Below are two quick styles that, after a practice or two, shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.

Fast Forward Curl
You will need: a blow dryer and light hand-held diffuser, a small barreled curling iron, misting bottle (if you have natural curls), curl enhancing balm or mousse (if you don’t), and a non-stiffening hair spray.

• After showering, apply the curl enhancer/mousse to help enhance any natural curl. If you have a lot of natural curl, a misting bottle might be enough.
• Gently untangle your hair and create a part in it.
• Air dry your hair about 80% (use a towel if you are in a hurry).
• If you have a lot of natural curl, begin scrunching your hair with your fingers (misting frequently if you are using water).
• If you are using a blow dryer, push your fingers into the hair to lift at the roots.
• To add more volume, dry your hair upside down while continuing to scrunch with your fingers.
• If you have less natural curl, use a small barreled curling iron.
• Once you have it the way you like it, spray with a non-stiffening hairspray.

The Messy Up-Do Hair

You will need: A brush and ponytail holder.

• Brush out your hair to remove the tangles.
• Pull some of the hair up from the front of your face and secure it with a covered ponytail holder.
• Cover the holder with a hair clasp.
• At the nape of your neck, gather your hair into a loose ponytail and hold it in place with a hair tie.
• Twist the ponytail up to the crown of your head and secure the twist with long hair pins.
• Leave several of the ends of the twist loose and arrange them as you like.
• Pull some of the wispy ends loosely around your jaw to soften your jaw line.
• Hold the do in place with a non-stiffening hairspray.
